Day 01: New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)/ BagdograAirpoty (IXB) –Gangtok
Your arrival will be at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station. You will be received by our representative at the station, checked in at a hotel in Gangtok, which is 1437m from the railway station. There are places to take a stroll like MG Marg. The stay at the hotel will be an overnight stay.
Day 02: Gangtok, Sight-seeing for a full day stretch
The breakfast will be provided, after which a full day tour of Gangtok will begin. The jaunt will start with Bakthang Waterfalls, then a view of Tashi point, you will even be visiting Ganesh Tok, followed by a monastery called Enchey Monastry, A Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, Do Drul Chorten Stupa, the Institute of Tibetology, a Flower Show, Ropeway & Banjhakri Falls by evening and then reach the hotel.
Day 03: Gangtok,Tsomgo Lake Trip
At around 8 am you will be all set for your outing to the Tsomgo Lake, it will be a 3 hours drive. The lake is of the height 12,400 ft, and at a distance 3750 m from the hotel. After that a visit to the Baba Harbh Mandir , which is at a distance 4000 m from the hotel and at a height of 13,200 ft. The Lake is considered holy by the local inhabitants. You will be returning to your hotel by evening.
Day 04: Gangtok Pelling
After the breakfast, there will be a 5.5 hours’ drive, covering a distance of 120 km to Pelling. You will be checked in at the hotel and will spend rest of the day at relaxation.
Day 05: Pelling
The breakfast will be followed by sight-seeing of the local areas around. The tour will start with Darap Valley, and thenby a series of waterfalls and gardens namely Rimbi waterfalls, Rock garden, Kanchenjunga waterfalls and Khecheopalrilake, this lake is even considered sacred. After the lunch you will be proceeding to visit the ruins of Pabdentse, PemaYangtse monastery and the Helipad Ground. You will be returning to the hotel by evening.
Day 06: Pelling – New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)/ Bagdogra Airport (IXB)
Checking out of the hotel and reaching the station, it will be a 6 hours drive.
